"Meeting you was fate, Loving you was out of my control, Getting engaged to you was more than words could say. Being married it takes my breath away."

Great Bread

3 cups warm water
1 & 1/2 tablespoons yeast
1/4 cup sugar or honey
6-8 cups flour ( i do about 4 cups wheat and 4 cups white, find a mix that works for your family)
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup oil

Put water in a bowl
sprinkle yeast over top
then sugar over top
then salt & oil over that
stir in 6-8 cups flour and Mix together, needing it well
Let raise and then punch down , add to bread pans and let raise again then Bake.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
after cooked remove from oven and let cool 5 mins then remove from pans and place on a cooling rack.
and enjoy! We love this bread, It is so great that I stopped buying bread.
You can freeze half the dough, It makes 2 loafs. You can also use the dough for pizza. :)

* side note, if you have a mixer, you can use it, just add everything the same but then using a bread hook mix together. :) saves alot of time and sore hands.

* Thanks Heidi for Sharing this Great recipe with me, my Family Loves it!
