Super easy and Quick fish recipe.
I will post what I used and you and change it to fit your family..
3 pieces of thawed talipia
baby asparagus ( from this weeks bountiful basket)
2 roma tomatoes ( from this weeks bountiful basket)
olive oil
pepper
kosher salt
parmasan cheese
1 whole lemon
preheat oven to 425.
on a baking sheet add fish in the middle, then all around add veggies. I left asparagus whole, and cubed the tomato in large chunks. drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. then I add the parm. chesse on top the fish. and squeeze a whole lemon on the top of the whole thing. Bake for 15 mins or until fish is flaky. and enjoy.! I served it with rice and cream of mushroom. :) Sorry no pictures. My camera battery was dead.
