- 1 lb. hamburger (ground beef) Or Ground Turkey
- 2 TB. Minced Garlic (refrigerated kind)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Brown hamburger or turkey. Drain. Add salt, pepper, minced garlic and onions. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes on medium-medium/low heat. Add soup and sour cream. Heat until warm.
a delicious dinner that didn't take all night!
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
So so delicious!
I also served it with one of my favorite salads to buy! its a must try!
