Potty training Continued...

Well, over a month ago when we were in the other house I had Marek pretty much on track to being fully potty trained. Then we went on a trip to Utah. Every time we stopped he used the potty and even when we got to my moms house that first night but then the next morning he took 1000 steps back! He refused to go..I blame myself because we were mostly using a training potty at home and I didnt bring it nor did I buy one at my moms :(
Well right after we got home from our trip we packed up the house and moved into a new place. it has been about a month since the move, and still we couldnt get him to go. Well Sunday was day 1...we started it again :) I refuse to have 2 kids in diapers. and he is such a smart kid. He knows what he is doing.
So yesterday No accidents during the day and woke up dry at nap time. But I still decided to put him in a pull up for bed, good thing because he woke up full. but we went straight to the potty and went :) we are about 1/2 way threw day 2 and doing pretty good No accidents yet, but I must say... It sure is alot of work on the mommy reminders to go potty and paying attention to the cues that he needs to go :)
I think we will work for about 2 weeks using the training potty and then try and start using the big potty. It is shorter and i think he will find he likes it..In Time! lol
Wish us luck on this 2nd time around. Our lil man turns 3 in August so time is coming soon!

Marek is just the cutest thing! He is so polite and loving! We really are blessed to have him & to be welcoming a new little one into the family.;)

The new place

Well for weeks I have been trying to load photos via my phone with no success ;( Let me say that this house is a lot smaller than the house we were previously in and still smaller then our twin falls house but for some reason I have managed to get organized pretty good! It's a 4 bedroom 2 bath. We also have a huge back yard, bigger then our twin house. But the grass needs work, I have been watering but I need to do some fertizer.... If u know me I am a stickler on my yard. I also still have yet to plant any flowers in my pots or herbs in my herb pot. I sucks, but we have been so busy it is probably a good thing I haven't planted because the plants would be neglected and die. This weekend I was gonna have a yard sale but I ran out of time and also got an invite for marek to go to a ill friends birthday party so.... No yard sale. After next week deon will have a week off. We r hoping to get some of the stuff on the todo list checked off, and also maybe go to Disneyland, we have 2 more times to go on our passes that expire in sept. I want to take marek to the new cars land. I know he will love it! After the holiday ends it will be only a short count down til baby Mackenzie will be coming so I will need to finish getting her room decorated. ;)

32 weeks

I think she just keeps on popin out more and more. I have a defined belly that's for sure. I think before the end my belly button will be out. It's close... Lol.
I am hoping next month I can get her room together ;)

30 week comparison

I think when I was pregnant with marek I was wider and he didn't make my belly pop out as much. But with Mackenzie I haven't gained as much so my belly is popin out more ;)

31 1/2 weeks

Went to my appt today, still looking good. Had to cancel my appt a few weeks back because of family emergency. So I was going in every month I actually went 7 weeks before going in again. But all is well. I gained more. About 10 pounds. But I think it's not bad in 7 weeks.
I now start going every 2 weeks! It's crazy it is all happening so quick!

30 wks

Can't believe only 10 weeks left! I have so much to get done before our lil girl comes. I guess next week I will start! I need to finish getting her room together & then start a list of stuff I still need to get!
I think these 10 wks will fly, we just have a lot going on, which it is summer!
I can't fit in my favorite jeans, but I can fit in other prepregnancy jeans so I still feel great!
I have gained about 27 pounds, which is far better than my pregnancy with marek, I gained over 60 with his pregnancy! And I don't see me gaining another 33 pounds in only 10 wks.
I just also feel much better not having gained as much weight. Eating much better this time I believe has been key.
No huge cravings lately, I mean deons uncle made delicious artichokes the other weekend and I thought I would need to make them ASAP but haven't yet. And then chicken tortilla soup in the crockpot, sounded good so I made it for dinner. It turned out great. I highly recommend it!

I also didn't pass my one hr glucose test so I have to do the 3 hr one, I just haven't had time to go do it yet. I was suppose to have an OBGYN appt this week but we r heading to Utah because of a family death, so my appr got changed for after we get home
Let me also say how hard it is to go get tests done when u have a few active almost 3 yr old. I wish I could import my girlfriends to Cali to help me and to visit.
Well I better go lots to get done and packed up, we leave tomorrow afternoon.
